I am a population geneticist and researcher at INRAE.
My research aims to estimate “real time » eco-evolutionary processes contributing to adaptation of forest trees and diadromous fish populations to their environment, and in developing process-based models to predict the ecological and adaptive dynamics of these populations.
I am particularly interested in how genetic and plastic variation in phenological traits (such as the timing of budburst in tree or the timing of seawards migration in salmons) can contribute to adaptation.
