Registration fees :

• Credit cards (only visa and mastercard) the system use double authentication.
• Order forms (only INRAE staff)

For the participants, registration fees include:

• Access to all scientific sessions
• Coffee breaks and lunches for the whole conference
• Field trips
• Gala dinner
• Attendance certificate

For the accompanying person, registration fees include:

• Field trips
• Gala dinner

For virtual Conference, registration fees include :

• Follow the conference remotely and interact (as much as possible) with the speakers.

Any cancellation must be notified in writing and sent to the conference contact mentioning the
name of the conference in the e-mail. The following refunding rules will be applied:

• cancellation notified up to 60 days before the beginning of the conference: total refund of registration fees.
• cancellation notified between 60 days and 45 days before the conference: refund of 30% of the registration fees.
• cancellation 45 days or less before the conference: no refund will be guaranteed.

Please note that in case the conference could not take place in Avignon, France because of the COVID pandemic, all the registrations will be automatically transformed into virtual package and participants will be reimbursed the difference of the registration fees.
