Dr Marie Launay (F) is an agronomist and crop modeler working at INRAe. She is engaged in research and societal issues about climate change impacts on agriculture.
Marie Launay co-leads working groups and projects focusing on identifying and understanding the direct and indirect effects of climate change on cropping systems through both abiotic and biotic stresses.
At the interface between agronomy, ecophysiology, epidemiology and bioclimatology, her activities are mainly based on the modeling of the biophysical processes involved in crop and crop diseases functionning under a changing environnement.
She coordinates with Chloé Delmas, the pathogenic fungus observatory of the French national network of Phenologiy observatories (TEMPO).
