Flash poster sessions will be presented by a member of the scientific committee, not authors. Authors have therefore nothing to prepare for the flash poster session.

Instructions for preparing your communications

Oral communications

Oral communications should be 12 minutes long maximum.
They will be followed by 3 min of questions.
They should be in landscape format 4:3, in pdf or pptx.
File name should be formatted like this SX_Day_Surname (e.g. S1_23_Thompson: author Thompson in Session 1 on June 23th).
They will have to be uploaded here the day before the communication at the latest. We also ask to include the logo of the conference that can be downloaded here , on the title slide of the presentation.

Posters

Posters have to be in portrait format, smaller than 2 m x 1 m, and can have or not eyelets.
We also ask to include the logo of the conference that can be downloaded here , at the top left of the poster.
